Dustin Carr, Project Manager of Stanford Carr Development

Dustin Carr joined Stanford Carr Development in July 2025 as a Project Manager. He currently leads the finance, sales, and marketing for Kahuina, SCD’s newest residential community consisting of 861 units (396 affordable for-sale condos, 341 market for-sale condos, & 124 affordable rentals). Dustin also actively supports the development of the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District and asset management for SCD’s portfolio of over 2,000 affordable rental units. He is a proud graduate of UCLA, where he earned a degree in Business Economics and served as the Vice President of the Bruin Real Estate Association.
Prior to working at SCD, Dustin was an Asset Management Analyst at Bellwether in Los Angeles, CA. In that role, he managed nine commercial real estate properties across three private equity funds (Opportunistic, Income, and a Separately Managed Account) on behalf of Oaktree Capital Management. His portfolio included approximately 1,000 multifamily units, 1.7 million square fee of office, 700,000 square feet of industrial, and a 300-lot land banking portfolio.
Outside of work, Dustin enjoys golfing, pickleball, and basketball. He is excited to begin his career in Hawaii and is focused on SCD’s mission to preserve long-term affordability for local families.
